Q: Are gel candles safe?
A: Absolutely! Though, of course, the same basic
safety precautions must be taken with gel candles as with regular wax candles. We are fully aware of 'flashpoint'
and make certain that the gel, scents and dyes each have flashpoints no lower than 160 degrees. The scent/dye volume
percentage allowance is also stringently adhered to.
Q: How are the candles
customizable?
A: Of course the scents and colors used are
those of your choosing and can be used alone or in addition to others, for layered, textured affects. Candles can be
designed to match a room theme, commemorate an event, describe a personality or just create a mood.
Q: Are the figurines in
the candle burnable?
A: No. Materials such as sand, rocks, glass
will not burn, but man-made materials will. The candles can only be burned down to within an inch of the top of the
figurine. Pearl strands must be kept trimmed.
Q: How long will the gel
candle burn?
A: On average, the gel will burn up to 4 times
longer than a regular wax candle.
Q: Can you ship the gel
candles?
A: Yes and very well! :-) All candles
are secured within plastic and bubble wraps, and shipped in USPS Priority Mail boxes.
Q: Can you ship to multiple
addresses?
A: Absolutely. For a minimal charge of
$5.00 to cover shipping materials, we will ship your candles anywhere within the continental US.
Q: How will I know if
I like them before you ship?
A: We communicate a lot with our customers.
We will send you photos via email for your approval prior to shipping.
