Terms: Since all work is completely customized for each customer, a 50% deposit
is required for order total. The remainder of the order balance is due upon completion of work.
Payment options: Credit card payment via PayPal (preferred),
money orders, cashiers checks accepted. Personal checks (including echecks) also accepted, but work will not begin until payment
has cleared the bank. Payment and shipping info to be received within 3 days of placed order; payment to be
received within 10 days of placed order, or I cannot contract the work.
Shipping info: Free shipping
for orders over $25.00 within the continental U.S. (for international orders, please email)!. Insurance not required,
but I cannot assume responsibility for loss or damage. For insurance, please add an additional $1.30 to your order.
Items usually ship within 7 days of receipt
of payment. If there should, for any reason, be a delay, the customer will be contacted immediately.

1. These candles ship very,
very well. All items are packaged individually with the best materials and utmost of care, but things do happen.
Insurance highly recommended.
2. Gift-givers,
relax! :-) Candles from same order can be shipped to different addresses, for a $5.00 materials charge!
Photos of finished product will be emailed to buyer for approval before shipping.
Refunds: Cash refunds will be granted
within 3 days of receipt of candle(s) should there be reasonable
cause for customer dissatisfaction.
